Prices for our apartments in Castelrotto
Dear Guest!
Here you’ll find the prices for our new apartments in Castelrotto.
- Prices are per day, apartment and for the indicated number of persons with a minimum stay of one week.
- For each additional person on the sofa bed we charge you 15 Euros.
Typically, apartments are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
You can also book a short stay with us. We will send you your personal offer.
We offer free of charge:
- Bed, bath and kitchen towels
- Free internet access (Wi-Fi)
- Fresh bread service (Service is free of charge. Buns are charged according to the quantity ordered)
- Parking space
- A big sun deck with several corner seating units and deckchairs
- If required further special kitchen utensils are available (toaster, microwave…)
- Travel cot and high chair
- Mobilcard Alto Adige*
Other services available for a minimum of extra charge:
- Washing and drying facilities
- Extra cleaning service
Reservation
A reservation is made after a deposit of 3 daily rates.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request in certain apartments. Depending on the season we calculate a charge from 10 to 20 Euro per pet per night.
Local tax
For guests over 14 years, a local tax of 1,55 Euro per person per night will be charges. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on departure.
Arrival and departure
Your apartment is available on arrival from about 3 p.m., the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment at 9.30 a.m.!
Cleaning
We are delighted when our guests leave our new apartments clean and reward you by not charging for cleaning. If apartments are not left in proper condition, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.
Payment
Payment can be made locally in cash, by check or bank transfer. We do not accept credit card or debit cards.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
Embark on your holidays in carefree matter with a travel cancellation insurance. Simply calculate the rate and book via Europäische Reiseversicherung or another provider.
Cancellation
If something came up, we’d kindly ask you to inform us in time. Cancellation sounds and is really unpleasant, same for us as for you. In case of cancellation before arrival, the following percentages of the total booked period will be billed: 6 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fees, until 14 days prior to arrival 50%, within 14 days 90%. Please understand that we still have to charge the full apartment price in case of late arrival or early departure, as well as for unused beds. We recommend you to buy travel insurance.
Smoking
Our house is a non-smoking house. We ask our guests to smoke on the balcony or on the terrace.
Ski Equipment & Co.
There was no more space in the car for skis, snowboard or sled? No problem! At the Sporthaus Fill with ski hire, everyone gets the winter sports equipment they need – and it is available to hire too. As our guests you receive 20% discount on the rental of the ski equipment for the whole family! We also offer you a free ski depot on the Alpe di Siusi. This allows you to start a new winter sports day without any luggage getting in your way. The free shuttle bus stops in front of our house and takes you to the Alpe di Siusi cable car in a few minutes.
*Mobilcard Alto Adige
The card facilitates holidaymakers’ exploration of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area as well as the wider region of South Tyrol, providing a single-ticket access to all types of public transport. The following services are included:
- The shuttle Bus Service of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area
- Regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido
- Bus services throughout the province (town, suburban and city buses)
- The Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano cable cars
- The narrow track Renon railway and the Mendola cable railway
- Malles and Zernes on a Swiss Postbus service
- Discount on Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Seiser Alm Card Gold
Every guest receives a card (children under 6 years of age do not need any ticket). The Card is valid for 7 days. Guests, who have booked a longer stay, receive a second card after 7 days. The tickets are personal and non-transferable and need to be voided each time you travel.
